First Title Update Feedback

This is the only thing you fixed for Gameplay.  You put in other items as a new playbook which no one will use.  You added some stadiums which no one really asked for.  This game is currenlty unplayable in the state in which it stands.  Why would you add features when there are tons of bugs going on in the game.  This is why i titled this Polishing a [removed].  This is the state that we are in right now.

What about:

  • Wear and Tear not transfering to Franchise
  • Oline running away from their blocking assignment leaving free rushers
  • Dline barreling through on every 3rd and 4th down like the Oline was a pee wee team
  • Why have players with ratings if they don't actually work (lower rated players play the same as higher. ratings do not matter currently in the game)
  • HFA is still active behind the scenes when disabled.
  • Abilities are stilll active behind the scenes when disabled.
  • The LB zone coverages (vert hook i think) don't work. drop too deep and don't react to anything.
  • There are zero penalties in SIM at default. not one will be called for either team. EVER!

These are just some of the things that i frequently experience that ruins the game and makes it less disireable to play at all. It gets too frustrating to play this game when the basic fundamentals just don't work right.  Then you want to add in all these extras in on the first update what zero sense.  Why would you not address the basics that are ruining gameplay and add stuff that could be done later? Gameplay should come before cosmetics. i'm sorry.  

Gameplay

  • Increased the catch knockout chance on midair collision in situations where there are additional defenders. 
    • DEV NOTE: This fix addressed receivers coming down with too many aggressive catches with multiple defenders around. This fix is for Simulation Game Style only. This only affects situations where a collision takes place between the receiver and a defender so in any situation where defenders are unable to interact with the receiver at the catch point will remain unchanged.
  • Cover 2 Tampa - The middle defender now gets deeper, maintaining better leverage position against deep threats, especially vs. 3x1 formations.
  • Cover 2 Hard Flats - Addressed an issue with Hard Flats where defenders were dropping too deep and too far inside before reacting to flat routes. Defenders now drop more accurately with their zone responsibilities, improving coverage consistency in the shallow flats.
  • Cover 3 Match: Logic improvements for Defenders when reacting to Slot WRs attempting to outleverage the defense on deep routes. This includes Buzz Mable and Zone Blitz 3 playcalls
  • Cover 6 & Cover 4 Palms - Fixed an issue where Outside Quarters CBs in Cover 6 and Cover 4 Palms were oftentimes losing the press giving up easy touchdowns. We adjusted the CBs alignment so they will no longer attempt to press the WR.
  • Zone coverage defenders now drop back quicker when shading coverage ‘overtop’.
  • Fixed a post play animation defect where a defender would do “read steps” when standing in place after the whistle.
  • Addressed a visual issue around the previous play graphic obscuring the offensive play call formation.

    Not to mention the broken OT logic in which teams that need a TD to keep the game going either punt or score a useless FG and LOSE.  And they’ve been made aware of this.  But, by all means, let’s add a Kurt Benkurt playbook.  SMH

  • the kurt benkurt collab is so a nasty slap in the face i dont even wanna acknowledge it pasts this update

  • Still doesn't have Wear&Tear auto-subs on Franchise but let's ignore that too
