Game Issues
I purchased the deluxe edition and managed to play for a couple hours just fine. The next day I went to load up and it’s nowhere in my game library or on my desktop. If there is no way to fix this then how do I get a refund?

I bought it last night on PC and still cant get past the splash screen. I found a tutorial on last years game and how to fix the same problem so walked through those steps and still the same. It runs through the splash screen and then back to the EA Play app. I dont know what else to do besides ask for a refund.
