They seemingly only respond to legal threats nowadays. Sad. I have tried giving them the benefit of the doubt for years as they progressively become less customer-driven and more money-hungry but I fear that has caught up with them. Their own developers require us to give feedback on bugs that they themselves should be responsible for testing. They won’t respond to simple questions for weeks. Might be a sinking ship, unless they can find some staff who actually give a crap about their jobs….non communication in weeks of a number one viewed item in their forum speaks volumes
