MADDEN 26 PS5 H2H error

Hi, 

I have had the game for 6-8months and have been able to play the head to head feature maybe 3-4 times. 

It is so bad right now that when you click on the game mode it comes up with an ERROR then connection lost to EA servers etc. 

I have done the following to trouble shoot 

Del the game re installed 
Tried different DNS settings 
Tried Cable vs wifi 
Unlinked EA to PS account and re linked 
Updated passwords 
hard reset on both MODEM and PS5 

I am over it right now as I paid over $100 aud for this product and it does not work!!!
