Madden stole my coins

I logged into Madden today and they took all my coins… 17million coins gone I have spent $1000s to get those and slowly have built them up buying every stocking present each drop.. now from them to just take it all? 

I have no idea how to even do any of the things they are accusing me of doing see the following: 

You can earn Coins by playing MUT and buying and selling Items in the Auction House, but buying Coins from a third-party is against our rules.

If you use any sort of Auction House bots or disconnection methods in-game so you can earn Coins fast and illegitimately, that’s breaking the rules, too.

We all want to help a friend out, but sending them Coins isn’t the way to do it. Sending Coins to your friends is a form of Coin distribution, which breaks our rules.

Giveaways are another form of Coin distribution. For example, a player or site offers you Coins in exchange for subscribing. Don’t do it!

Sending Coins to any other account in these ways is against the rules. Therefore, because our records show that your account was involved in Coin distribution we’ve removed all Coins from your account for Madden 26.

all my coins where made by selling players in the auction house that were obtained through the promos that cost $$ to buy, playing the game, and hours of selling them through the auction house.  I have the receipts to prove it I will go to Microsoft next.  You cant take the in-game currency earned by spending money on the packs you drop. 

Now before the new season the coins are all gone right back to 0 all the time and money wasted 

I will be seeking legal action if this is not resolved in a timely manner 24-48 hours max.  If I had the money to spend on your promos I have the money to get it back through a legal process. I wont only be going after money spent but time and emotional distress caused.

    I am requesting immediate escalation and a manual review of my open case Case #234460823 

    I followed the process outlined in the referenced article and have complied fully, but I am concerned about the lack of timely resolution. The new season is approaching, and I was intentionally saving these coins for the upcoming content drop. The delay is materially impacting my ability to participate as intended.

    I want to be clear that I have never purchased coins, used exploits, glitches, automation, or any prohibited methods. I earned my coins through normal gameplay, pack purchases, and legitimate auction house activity. I also have receipts documenting the real money I have spent on packs, which directly contributed to the in-game assets and coins that were later removed.

    At this point, I am requesting that this matter be escalated to a team capable of reviewing the case details, including the transaction history tied to my account. I am not seeking a generic policy response I am asking for a specific explanation of what activity triggered the adjustment and a manual review of the decision.

    I understand frontline support limitations, but I am asking that this be forwarded to the appropriate team that can review and resolve the open case referenced above.

    Thank you for your time and attention. I look forward to a prompt resolution.
