Add option to have sound play on loss of window focus on PC

Hello,

I love watching CPU vs CPU games in Madden. Just build the roster and watch them play.

Its something I like having on a second monitor while I'm playing another game, browsing the web, watching a movie, whatever else.

However, whenever Madden loses window focus (anytime you click off the main window to do anything else) the sound stops. This makes is so the game is just silently playing in the background; there is no option to enable play sound in background, play sound when window unfocused, etc. Looked pretty hard at 3rd party programs and workarounds and had no luck getting it to work with Madden. 

It would be nice to hear the game play in the background so you can hear the announcers and game sound and kinda follow the game even when I'm not directly watching.

Just food for thought, until then I'll be watching silently :)
