Permanently banned MUT account. What can I do?

I completely agree. I have been playing MUT since Madden 16 and this has happened to me multiple times in which when it happened before I had no choice but to stop playing the game. Its really disheartening when you come back year after year and they cannot fix a simple flaw within their system in which so many people voice their frustrations on each year. I have asked for reasoning on my suspension and they tell me they cant show me anything. It just doesn't make sense. I genuinely don't know what I can do at this point but stop trying. 

Me too The previous EA representative attempted to assist me but seemed limited by internal policies, leaving players without adequate support. The reliance on automated systems rather than genuine human interaction during the appeal process is unprofessional and frustrating.

Same thing with me. Ea needs to be held accountable for this unlawful action. The previous response from ea rep was the guy that tried to help me but has access to nothing he’s there to run block for ea sports and they rely on bots not real people. For the appeal process. Ridiculous unprofessional unethical and unlawful. 

I have done this and it just gets auto denied everytime. I do not know what to do. Its been so long since the ban.

Hi there. Unfortunately, there is no one you can talk to about this. The best I can advise is to submit another dispute so ToS can investigate your account again.
