R1 L1 doesnt work in lineup mode on PC

can NOT switch to defense to fix the errors... the buttons work fine navagating through the menu, once i get into lineup, cant get to defense or special teams, etc... the R1 L1 doesnt work then. i doubt anyone will see this though... this is all for PC...
