Servers down??
What’s going on??? I keep getting the connection lost error after being signed in for 10 seconds. Please this has been going on for 2 days now what’s going on????
Hello! Thanks for getting in touch. We're not aware of any issues with the servers at the moment. Is this only happening in a particular mode? We should try going through some connection troubleshooting. First, power cycle your equipment with these steps:
- Unplug your modem/router for 2 minutes
- Hard restart your console by holding down the power button until it turns off
- Power it all up and try playing again
If that doesn't help, try the connection troubleshooting steps here. If you happen to be using a wireless connection, switching to a wire should be an improvement. Thanks!
