Tournament Glitching

I entered the tournament at around 9 PM and worked my way up to the finals. When my opponent joined the final match, the game wouldn’t start — we both got stuck on the loading/waiting screen. My opponent messaged that he quit, but the game still gave me second place, even though I never lost.

Because of this glitch, I received no rewards at all, even though I reached the finals legitimately. I spent time playing through the tournament and got cheated out of the result and rewards. This is really unfair, and I’m asking for my correct placement and rewards to be fixed.
