"you don't have ownership of this game"

Played Madden for two weeks (bought key off Kinguin) and it worked great. I go to play with a buddy today and it says the game was removed from my library, and I don't own the game. Tried to re-enter the key I got and it says "already been redeemed". Can't contact EA support, because there's no option for a ticket. What do I do? I'm not re-purchasing a key for this game. Thanks in advance.
