76 hour token gone

I collected a few of the 76 hour XP tokens and used one earlier today. I played a couple of games then had to leave to take care of some things, and when I sat back down to play the boost was gone. Any way to get it fixed or redeemed or something? Don’t want to use another XP tokens and end up losing that one also.
