94 OVR FB Christian Okoye TOTY in Visa BYOT CPU Draft Event In Madden 26

I completed the Visa BYOT CPU Event in order to earn 94 OVR FB Christian Okoye TOTY player card, and I never received the reward. Now that is has been almost 48 hours, I have posted on EA Forums, messaged EA Help, and spoken to 4 EA representatives on EA live chat support. So far, I have been told that EA servers were down and that they could not retrieve my account information, that they have no control over the rewards to my account and must pass on the information to higher ranking EA employees, and that I must “wait and see” that the problem is resolved. I am emotional over this topic, as a I have seemingly wasted 7 hours of my life and spent money on this game, yet I am not receiving a free reward that I thought I earned fair and square. I can’t envision a future that EA Sports does not make right and reward me the 94 OVR FB Christian Okoye TOTY player card, but at this point it has been 48 hours and I have a bad feeling I will never be reimbursed.
