Same error here on PS5. I would not have bought the game if I knew I couldn't use my Team Builder squad. I spent countless hours creating and perfecting it, bought the game on launch day and now I can't even download it. I'll give it a day or two before heading over to Best Buy and returning the game.
Same, 2 years in row & EA stoled my hard earned money on promoting features like teambuilder that don’t work. Disgusting. The game junk & hasn’t improved except with the fakse reality that team builder would work. Disgusting.
