Can't login to madden 26 ultimate team

Can you guys try the following steps and let us know how you get on please. 

1. Reconnect to EA Servers via Right Trigger/R2
2. Enter Superstar >Showdown Ranked
3. Exit Superstar to Main Menu
4. Go to Notifications and select "You've unlocked a MUT Item"

Please take your time between these steps and allow items to load. If you go through these steps too fast, the issue can remain.

just logged on to madden 26 and tried to load up ultimate team and it told me that i don’t have access to this game mode and now its faded out. Is there any reasoning behind that? i’ve spent too much money on this game mode to be banned for no reason

hey does anyone know why I don't have access to MUT. I got off and come back to not having access to MUT

Literally only just bought the game, and then wanted to play Superstar, I can't login at all, can't do anything, seen the unable to connect message probably about 60 times by now and it is starting to **bleep** me off to be honest, anyone able to help me out.
