I get that assumption. It's a really common for someone to think because other games work, the issue is with the game. However, every game is different and so are its requirements for a stable connection.

Is there any way you could move close enough to the router to use a wire temporarily to test if that helps or not?

No, switching to a wired isn't a possibility. But it just doesn't make sense because I don't have issues with any other game and it says everything is good on my end.

I'm on Xbox Series X and I have wireless internet. And yes, I've done all the troubleshooting steps.
