Crashing My PS5

Madden 26 is continually crashing my entire ps5 whilst im playing games in franchise. No other game has ever done this since I bought the console 4 years ago.

So I ask why in 2025/26 can your company produce a steaming **bleep** that is in danger of breaking my console.

Will you pay if It breaks?
