DirectX DX_Hung Error
Constantly crashing on directX as soon as I start a franchise game
Latest driver is installed.

Does QA have an open issue that reflects this error? If they need steps to reproduce, its really simple.
Steps :
Abstract: Madden 26 fails persistence test on Nvidia Hardware.
1 Launch app on clean Windows system running any of the Nvidia chipsets mentioned in this thread.
2 Advance past splash screen animation to access main menu.
3 Allow program to sit idle.
Result: At unspecified amount of time you will receive a varied error from Direct X informing user that NVidia driver has become unresponsive.
Could using Vulcan drivers make a difference here? Is this an option that can be explored?
EA QA/Systems teams should work with NVidia to to supply proper logs to analyze root cause of issue.
