Disconnecting in Online Game Modes

I'm able to play any online game modes i want but sometimes throughout the day i can't play any game modes and get disconnected. Like for instance I'm a heavy MUT player and when i load into a game my screen goes immediately black and get put back to the madden menu. When that happens i try to load into another and the same thing happens again. This can go on for hours some days. I lost 20 games ranked mode games in a row because of this. I even can't play superstar KO or regular online H2H as well. I know its not my wifi because my internet is good and still on. I love madden and i consider myself a true madden play but i haven't played this game this much this years because of this.  Is there anyone that can help me with this or give me advice?
