I’m having the exact same issue.
For over 2 weeks, my primary PS5 account gets “Unable to process your content at this time” when loading Madden 26. I can’t access any game modes, and the same error occurs on the Companion App, confirming this is account-specific and server-side, not a console or network issue.
I’ve completed all troubleshooting (reinstall, cache rebuild, network changes, different internet, etc.). A different EA account works on the same PS5, so the console is not the problem.
EA Support has acknowledged this and escalated my case, but there’s been no resolution yet. This appears to require a backend / cloud-side fix (account reinitialisation).

Adding this here for visibility, as being locked out of a paid game for weeks is extremely frustrating.
