If I add a play into favorite Plays in a Playbook, it duplicates every time. I only have 5 plays in favorite Plays and the games shows that I have 2368. My game is now lagging because of this. Please hot fix, because its the feature is not usable in this way.
Only fix I found is to delete your madden profile in game via the load/save menu then immediately close the game without leaving the delete screen…you can keep your franchise but you will lose all save favs and profile settings. It will no doubt happen again but you can at least stop the lag for about another 2-3 games
Has anyone else had an issue where your favorite plays have been multiplied from the 50 or so plays to over 10,000? It happened to me and now my game freezes every time I go to my favorite plays screen. I hope it gets fixed in the first update
additional note - even if i hop into H2H or exhibition the duplicates are still there.
Not sure if this has been reported or not - I'm playing a solo online franchise, I like to stack my favorites tab in free practice full of plays i like, however there's currently a major bug where for some reason the plays are duplicating. I started with around 40 plays after free practice, I loaded into a game and then I had about 80, then the next game i loaded into after i have 120 + so now its super cluttered. hope this report helps!! I am also on the pc version.
After deleting my game data, three games into a new Franchise and the game started duplicating my favorites to about 100 now, its 50 pages of the same 5 Plays.

This is the LAST time I pay for the deluxe version. We pay $100-$150 to essentially be the testers like its still in beta. Unbelievable. You cant play these games until 2-3 months after it releases. CFB still has tons of bugs like this...and thats been out for more than a month. Don't see this getting patched anytime soon. Expect it to be like this for 2 months at least
Just started happening to me as well. It was working fine yesterday. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY INFURIATING!!! The only reason im even using favorites is bc I normally use a custom playbook and edit the game plan that way the coach suggestions are plays i like in that particular situation. That feature is broken on custom playbooks as well. If you edit the coach suggestions it bugs out and only gives you the same exact 10 plays all game long. Its also broken on cfb26, same exact issue. This is absolutely unacceptable!!! I paid $150 for these games. For both to release in this state is unacceptable.
The only way I was able to get back to normal was to delete the Saved data for MF2026 on my PS5. Not a huge issue. I just had to restart a Franchise that I started, all my Ultimate team stuff was fine, as it is server based. But it did give me a clean Favorites folder that I am Keeping an eye on now.
Yes, I am experiencing the exact same problem, I have added only several plays to the Favorites playbook, but it shows it has over 25000 plays stored, and the lag every time you bring up the favorites is over 10 Seconds. I can't remove any favorited plays either. The only option now is try not to navigate to the favorites play menu pick.
