Game Stutter Fix Stuttering / Slow Motion
This is a fix for stuttering and slow motion gameplay after update:
Cap FPS to 60
Deactivate On-Field Visual Feedback and the On-Field trainer in the Visual Feedback TAB

I'll bet 40,000$ this only works on solo game modes and you have not tried this online.
Yeah, this "fix" ONLY makes solo game modes ALMOST playable. Online play is 100% borked even applying the "fix" since disabling the on-field stuff setting gets ignored in HtH games. Absolute trash company that can't even communicate what's going on or what their plan is to so many players on PC, and they're STILL selling this broken piece of crap to PC players too!
