FRANCHISE WONT LOAD

Every time any of my users or I try to load into our online franchise we get an error message and sends us back to the franchise launcher. PLEASE HELP!!

We have been locked out since Friday. We need help EA please listen to us. I’m bawling my eyes out just trying to get some help. We get this error message every time we try to log into our league!!! League name: MtnDewMe

Mr_Skuttle​ i have been begging them for help. They’re ignoring me like no tomorrow. I guess our leagues are broken. I feel extremely sad and extremely disheartened by this.
