FRANCHISE WONT LOAD

Every time any of my users or I try to load into our online franchise we get an error message and sends us back to the franchise launcher. PLEASE HELP!!

We have been locked out since Friday. We need help EA please listen to us. I’m bawling my eyes out just trying to get some help. We get this error message every time we try to log into our league!!! League name: MtnDewMe

toyotarcn88​ That's just not right for a company that big. I finally got a group of guys to do a league and now this happens. Hopefully they will see someones post about it and do something in the next few days, but im guessing they wont.
