I just figured it out. The reason that Madden keeps crashing and that nobody is responding to the customer support is because EA is owned by Jared Cushner and the Saudi Arabia now. Nobody gives a **bleep** about the game quality, just the money we spend on it.
They won’t put their changes on it for another year or two, it can’t get any worse, ea needs to be investigated. This **bleep** is atrocious.
