Game crashing CONSTANTLY

I cannot fathom how incompetent the EA support team is. I have been trying to get them to help me with my game crashing since madden 25, and into Madden 26. I have done everything within my Xbox and nothing has worked. I have changed Xbox's and it still continues to crash on my account. If there even is a support team they need to start using their brains and actually SUPPORT their players and community. Now over a year of 0 responses and my game lagging out in at least 1/3 of all games online or offline.
