Having to disconnect the power cord indicates this is 100% a hardware overheating issue. If cleaning the dust/lint away from the vents, fans and heatsinks does not help, you may need to have the console looked at professionally. Thanks.
Do you have any assistance for those of us who can’t even play ONE GAME due to crashing on both NCAA and Madden?
You guys are so quick to respond to some things but games are literally unplayable for some of us and we don’t even get acknowledgment anymore. Our posts are just being moved into mega threads.
