Game pass and EA play cant get madden 26

Hello im trying to get madden 26 on my pc i was very happy when it came on game pass because than i dont just have to hop on my xbox to play one game but when I try to download it its grayed out can any one help with this?

    I literally subscribed to ea play because xbox store claimed I could play madden 26 with it. I'm honestly furious. PS here I come.
