Games keep crashing &because the QB kneel option was not running clock down

This game is not worth the money. It crashes too much too many glitches. I just lost all my progress in a competition because the QB kneel option was not running the clock down. And then somehow the computer miraculously scored, and then scored a two point conversion to beat me.
