Has anyone from ea played madden on pc???

Of course not. They will never fix this either. I already uninstalled and cancelled my ea play pro membership. Absolute joke of a company. 

There was a update today and it fixed my game I hope it fixed it for anyone who had the same issue as me thank you!!! I can finally enjoy the game!

This is a known issue for nearly a month now for Intel processors. The workaround is to disable hyperthreading in your BIOS until EA patches it. Someone is saying the update released yesterday fixes it. I havent tested that yet.
