Servers are down at the moment error

For the past 4-5 months I have been having trouble trying to play H2H ON MADDEN 26 and it always tells me are servers are down at the moment!! At this point I’m fed up. My father in law has the game and his works perfectly fine and streamers online are able to play perfectly fine. I’ve cleared the catch and deleted the game and re-installed the game many times!! Why is my game not letting me play regular online head to head matches… I can play mut games online but not regularly online. Everytime it tells me the servers are down. MADDEN I NEED HELP
