How do I get a refund for this game ?
I have had this game now for a few months and I can use all the offline features however I bought it because I enjoy the online H2H however I have only been able to play it maybe 3 times as everytime...

Keep in mind, EA can’t process refunds for purchases made through other online platforms or from physical retailers. These include, but aren’t limited to:
