How do I get a refund for this game ?

Sorry the game has not met your expectations. For console refunds, you need to contact PlayStation or Microsoft...

Keep in mind, EA can’t process refunds for purchases made through other online platforms or from physical retailers. These include, but aren’t limited to:

• Console storefronts like PlayStation®, Xbox, and Nintendo
• PC game platforms like Steam and Epic
• Mobile app stores like Apple and Google
• Retailers such as Target, Best Buy, or Walmart

For those purchases, please refer to the retailer’s refund policy and contact them directly for support.

How to get a refund for EA games

I did recently just post a few moments ago however looking at all the other posts it seems nothing is getting done. I paid over $100aud for this game and the online head 2 head has worked twice in 6-8months and now says ERROR connection lost " you have lost your connection to the EA servers etc...." 

I have done everything to troubleshoot such as 
Delete and reinstall the game
Adjust DNS settings 
Reset Modem 
Unlink EA to PS and reconnected.. 

You should be giving every EA account a credit / full refund that has downloaded this game. 

I am going to look into this further as it isnt fair for the customers and seems nothing has been followed up to support or help the community.
