I can’t train or rest in Superstar after demanding a trade?

I got drafted to the Broncos and after one year I demanded a release to a team I like, the Bucs. After a little while through the first season with the Bucs I couldn’t train anymore and slowly lost performance throughout the season. The only thing I could do besides play the next NFL game was to do weekly activities with teammates, fans or staff. There’s also another glitch I just found. The hacker character gives you coins to reset your character but when you go change attributes and all that, the game completely crashes when you hit continue.
