I’ve been dealing with the same issue and have gotten in contact with ea and I swear I’ve talked to like ten different people and the solution I was given was my internet connection wasn’t strong enough. Why would my internet have any issue with getting stuck in loading screens. This morning I got the message to restart and safe mode my ps5 cause maybe my ps5 is corrupted.
