Losing Internet and power during online games

Hello!
Yesterday I was playing Online H2H and I lost power and Internet in the middle of the game, which i had no control over since I was having bad thunderstorms. I Then got power back and it decided to give me a loss for that game even though I was playing it and never quit. I think EA should should make it where if that happens, you can make an appeal to completely erase it off your record or even just give the person a free win. Is there any way I can get rid of that game or do something so it does not hurt my record? It is upsetting that I have a loss on my record, and I didn't even play the full game due to power and Internet issues!!!
