Can't launch game on PC

So, i am having an issue launching the game. I will start the game and it gets into the splash screen, however, once is says "Launching" it closes out completely. No error, no message, nothing. I have even reset my PC multiple times close to factory settings, I've uninstalled, re-installed, over and over both M26 and EA app, yet nothing is working. I'm also a Mod player and i haven't been able to access the Mods for close to a month now due to not being able to launch the game. Does anyone have any ideas and/or suggestions as to why this continues to happen, and is this going to be an issue when M27 gets here?
