Madden 26 pc crashing after update

Question

After the title update 3 yesterday i was able to play in the morning but now i cant even stay on menus for more than a few seconds and immediately crash, i have repaired, cleared cache etc and it still wont stop crashing anyone else having this issue or have a fix? this is so annoying how many times will pc keep getting screwed over

Something similar happens to me. When I'm playing franchise mode, whenever the CPU team is on offense, the game freezes on snap. This started happening right after the last update.

the thing is i cant even get into franchise mode... as soon as i load the game and try to click any game mode my game crashes
