I purchased the deluxe edition of madden through gamestop. it had me use the code on origin which is now the ea app. everytime I go to load madden it just loads the opening screen for the game and then just doesnt actually open the game. the ea app wont launch the game. is anyone else having this issue or figured out a fix?
I'm in the same boat man EA and EA staff is a fn joke they say support but they're all just discord mods not doin a dmn thing to help the community this has been a thing for 4 months now its sad honestly there just robbing us at this point

I have not found any solution. Ive been watching videos since friday. Literally nothing is working. Ive repaired, Ive uninstalled and reinstalled both the game the the ea app. I cant even get ahold of anyone on this **bleep** site. no number or email that im able to send. I cant even request my money back if I wanted too because I bought the game through gamestop as a digital code. im Literally stuck with $100 game and cant do a thing about it. The amount of settings and things ive deleted in my pc to get this game working and still nothing is unreal. Im beyond furious with this.
