Madden Online Franchise Error

I am having trouble getting into my online Madden franchise. i keep getting the “importing team builder files failed” error in in another online league and have had no problem joining that one. I’ve tried everything from restarting to redownloading to even leaving the league and trying to join back. Now i can’t even get back into the league because I’m getting the same error. I noticed i can’t even get into superstar mode either at all. And when i load the game up the online roster isn’t downloading. My connection is great and im only having issues on this particular game. Please help
