Madden 26 on pc unplayable

Ever since i started playing the game with  ea play pro im able to get good performance for one game then as soon as i get into another i get terrible fps drops and ive literally tried everything, updated drivers, toggled nvidia setting, windowed bordelress, locking and unlocking my fps,  and i even see my gpu is barely being used while the game is active like idk what is going on.. it happens with fifa too and i was able to play fifa with no issues for the longest, now i get fps drops in that with rtx 3060, madden 25 ran smooth for me but this game has just been borderline unplayable ik some ppl have had the same issue even with better specs than me, has anyone found a fix?

    I have the same thing happing first i thought it was my internet i got 25 again and it plays no issue i can play off line on 26 sec it joins friends online it skips bad as in lag

    hell i lag on superstar mode and solo franchise offline. Game needs some serious bug fix they doing money grab on this game for real

    I can’t even open my game without it crashing and when I actually do get it started it’s just so freaking laggy. Sometimes my guys are going in slow motion and sometimes it’s just so delayed. This happened after the season three update I don’t know what the heck.

    Exact same issues. No reason what so ever should there be any issues. Every single mode. Whether connected to internet or not has that horrible jitter. You can go through menus perfectly fine. In game is broken. I wonder if this lines with the other issue i noticed. There is a spike only during a touchdown in CPU. I never really looked into it because it does nothing but jump my cpu temp from like 61 to 63/64 and then it drops back to the standard 55-60/61. 

    7900x3d, 4090, 64gb 5600Mt/s and installed on an NVME.

    This helped me 
    Cap FPS to 60
    Deactivate On-Field Visual Feedback and the On-Field trainer in the Visual Feedback TAB

    Bro same exact issue for me. I’m on a 14900ks and 4090 so definitely not a hardware issue. I have tried everything to fix it. I just want to play online

    Even before the latest update the issue I’ve been having since buying it is that the game works completely fine in single player but the second I start an online lobby my game starts stuttering and lagging so bad but as soon as I exit the lobby back to menu it stops lagging. I’m at my wits end. I can’t even play anyone online which is the whole reason I bought it. I’m on a 14900ks and Asus 4090 oc edition. Definitely not a hardware issue in my end so I don’t know what to even do :(
