Madden server issues and packs being glitched

The game is desyncing or showing option selected is currently not available kicking me out of mut after spending money on packs. Resulting in me not being able to click anything and having to close the application can I just enjoy the game why is it so hard to play madden now. Every year it gets increasingly harder to buy this game and all EA does to help is take beloved game modes out and figure out ways for you to spend 500$ on one pack bundle this game has turned into a scam for EA to milk its customers for the most amount of money it can. On top of not being able to afford the game a regular customer will spend money on packs just for the game to kick them out?
