MCS Darren Waller

I am also not receiving the Darren Waller drop, or any other drop from Twitch since this day. This is impacting my ability to receive all drops on Madden 26 and College Football 26. When I check my EA account, the connected Twitch account shows random letters instead of my username. I have already reached out to support and was recommended to contact EA here. 

What is EA going to do about our sudden inability to collect drops? We cannot fix this without support, as you cannot unlink and relink your account. Please help! There are several people who are missing drops. 

Exec721a​   i had the same issue that my EA-Account was linked to an unknown Twitch-Account consisting of random letters and numbers. I was able to chat with an advisor and my EA-Account is now linked again with the correct Twitch-Account, but even after this i am not receiving any drops in MUT and CUT.

I am also in the same situation ever since watching the Madrid MCS stream have not received all my packs all my Darren Waller. Also have not received any cottage 26 or madden 26 twitch drops for the last past two weeks. Went to EA help still the same any help on this very appreciate it. Have a blessed day.

same here. received no drops anymore after that Waller / Madrid stream.

Just checkt the linked account again, and it was fixed and showed my twitch name :)
However, I still did neither receive the twitch pack for watching GMM today, nor the missing packs.

Bumping this thread, as it's been 6 days since the last comment and almost 2 weeks from the original comment. Can someone at EA please acknowledge this issue? Users on mut.gg are reporting the same problem.

Still nothing, not even the new ZC drops are granted to my XBOX :(

In the same boat.  Stopped receiving Twitch drops in Madden 26 during the MCS Waller event.  I have not received any of dozens of further claimed drops since. Worked with Twitch Support and nothing is wrong on their end.  I understand this is an EA problem.  EA support tickets are closed and disappear.

It is embarrassing that EA forces us to close a splash screen about Twitch Drops and content many players are still unable to receive in game.   Frustrating for players such as myself to see this rubbed in our faces while others continue to receive the content.

I have received drops for 4+ years on this account being linked.  These issues occurred during Madden 25 as well; EA eventually resolved the issue.
