Missing Solo Champ Permium Rewards
After finishing one of the solo challenges some premium rewards came up but I was unable to receive any because a lock was on the badge. I don't see them anywhere else.

Hello,
I’m writing to follow up regarding the issue I previously reported with locked premium rewards after completing a solo challenge.
Since then, I was able to determine that the problem was related to the server issues from last week. The rewards shown in my screenshot were tied to a different event that wasn’t displaying correctly at the time. Now that the servers have stabilized, that specific issue appears to be resolved.
However, I still have not received the 99 OVR LTD make-right pack that was announced as compensation. I’m aware that other players have already received theirs (in some cases multiple), but nothing has appeared in my account.
Could you please review my account and confirm whether I am eligible for the make-right reward, and if so, when it will be delivered?

Community ManagerTokraJafa I am happy to hear that the main issue was resolved. So, for the make-goods, those are sent directly from the studio teams. When players claim they do not get these, it goes one of two ways.
We report it to them, and they check it
Live support checks it, and handles it from there
CMs have no way to verify or add if a player was supposed to get something. That is an investigation conducted using one of the above methods.
Unless the thread just goes up like crazy with a lot of players saying the same, it is something we report over, and they have a look.
