MUT Gameplay Session Stuck Cannot Start Any MUT Games (Amazon Luna)

Hello! Hoping I can get some info to aid in resolving an issue that started yesterday. I am unable to play any MUT or online portions of the game. Each time I try to play a challenge in MUT, I get the following error message: "Our Servers cannot process your request at this time. Please try again later." 

 

This is the second day now I am getting this message. I have contacted EA support via live chat and they were unable to help me. Frustrating because (like many) I've spent real money via in-app purchases on this game and now I can't play it. 

 

For reference, I've already de-authorized and re-authorized my EA account with Amazon Luna, deleted the luna app and erased all cache and app data, tried accessing through my PC's web browser, Unlinked and re-linked my EA account within my Amazon profile, and just about anything else you can think of. 

 

I can access MUT menus and play offline Play Now games, but ALL MUT gameplay modes (Challenges, Solo Seasons, H2H) fail to start with the error: “Our servers cannot process your request at this time.”

 

This started after a disconnect. It appears my account is stuck in an active MUT gameplay session on the backend.

 

Respectfully, request assistance please in clearing the active MUT gameplay session tied to my account (Amazon Luna platform).
