MUT keeps disconnecting

Everytime my buddy and i try to play a squads game on MUT using my defense and his offense the game disconnects everyone from the game and boots us to the menu as soon as we go to load in. It lets us use my offense and his defense but not the other way around and i just want to be able to play the game i spent $70 on with my buddy without a **bleep** issue.
