Need help with a refund asap or ill contact my bank.

My 12 year old went on a spending spree last night and spent 1200 dollars on madden mobile. 

im going to contact my bank if I can’t get help with support rather do this then do a claim but if I have to I will.

I’ve authorized small micro transactions in the past not exceeding $25 dollars here and there but this is nuts.

i don’t care if you ban his account or whatever I didn’t authorize those transactions.
