Not even loading on Luna

What is going on with Madden 26 on luna?! Can't even get the game to load.

Thanks for the heads up! We're aware and currently looking into the errors when trying to play Madden NFL 26 in Luna.

I’m trying to play Madden NFL on Amazon Luna.

The game launches briefly, then returns to the home screen with no error.

Other Luna games work normally.

My EA account is linked, and Amazon Luna support has already submitted a backend report.

This appears to be an EA entitlement or account sync issue affecting Luna.
