Offensive Play Automatically Changes

The play I pick on offense changes to some other play. For example, I pick a run play but when I hike the ball it changes to a passing play or vice versa.  Another example is I pick a passing play with slants but instead it changes to some other passing play I don't recognize.  I have been playing madden for years. This is the first time I have had an issue like this.

I have already replaced the controller twice

I have deleted and reinstalled the game

I do not have customer playbooks

I went to settings and changed everything to default
