Online match Wins Not Updating Record

Hey all, my wins are not updating my online quick match record when the entire game is finished. If the opponent quits/concedes or loses connection the win will update, otherwise if you finish the game complete to finish it does not update a win. It will update a loss though. Ripped me off for about 8-9 wins today. Any idea what is causing this?  Ok a PS5.  Please help, this is making online unplayable and frustrating.
